Delivery Returns and refunds Program


Jays’ health & fitness will use either Royal mail or EDS/APC delivery service to deliver products.

All orders over the value of £50 being shipped to addresses in the UK are free delivery.

All orders must be paid for online as soon as you complete your checkout.

All orders will be sent with tracked delivery

We aim to deliver all goods in the UK within 3-7 days.

International shipping including:

  1. Ireland
  2. France
  3. Germany, from just 6.99.

International delivery will be delivered between 3-12 days.

We want our customers to be happy with the goods they purchase and be satisfied with our delivery and service.

  1. We will take back any faulty goods and exchange them for a new one or refund you in full.
  2. Please ensure goods are returned via recorded delivery to ensure they get here safely and enclose a note with the package to say when you brought it, and what your name, address and contact details are so we can find that transaction record. Along with the sales number.
  3. Goods should be returned in original, unopened packaging. If you have opened it up, had a few tries and do not like it or want something else, we obviously cannot take it back as it is then unsalable.
  4. If an item is returned to us by the customer or by failure to receive the parcel, there will be a returns fee applicable of either £3.99 or £6.99 depending on which delivery service was used.
  5. If an order is returned to us due to customer error, depending on the courier used there will be a re-shipping fee of £3.99 or £6.99. This is due to the cost of re-packing, and re-shipping that item. A refund of the item can be provided as an alternative, but the shipping cost will have to be taken out of this due to it being a cost we have incurred shipping the item out in the first place. If the error is ours, the item will of course be re-shipped at our cost.

In the rare event that your parcel does not arrive, or incorrect items are received, or your item arrives damaged:

  1. You will need to report this to us within 7 days of placing the order, otherwise we may not be able to rectify it. You will need to provide a photograph of your invoice, box and contents and email them to where we can then rectify the issue. If the items or packaging have been thrown away, we will not be able to take claims any further.
  2. If we do request that your damaged item is to be returned, we ask that you do this within 14 days of a returns label being issued. Any damaged returns received after this time cannot be resolved.

If you wish to return an item, it must be returned within 30 days after the item is delivered. Any returns outside this period cannot be accepted.

Sale Items:

  1. Any of the sale supplement items that are purchased are not eligible for a refund beyond 7 days of the purchase date. This is due to the nature of the reduction as this will generally be applied due to the best before date approaching/lapsing. All sale items are clearly listed with their best before dates or damage that has occurred.

Cancelled Orders

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and guidance. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
  2. Our inability to obtain authorization for your payment.
  3. The identification of a pricing or product description error.


Refunds will be issued within 24 hours once returned items are received back at our business address and checked.

Refunds for orders not received will be issued within 24 hours once we have checked the delivery situation.
